Membership to for Old Rookie Cafe ( a coworking space for smokers) or Old Rookie Sauna.
Free high-end room at Old Rookie Sauna Hotel in Kisarazu.
10,000 shares - 6 month membership to either the cafe or sauna.
20,000 shares - 1 year membership to either the cafe or sauna plus 1 night at the hotel
30,000 shares - 1 year membership to both the cafe and sauna plus 2 nights at the hotel
The cafe will probably be of absolutely no interest to non-smokers, but I guess if you are a smoker and want a place to relax and get work done then it certainly would fulfill that niche. The sauna membership could be relaxing although I'd rather it was a sento. The saunas have a small bath area but the sauna is a focus, which might be a plus if you're into that. At the moment there are 2 cafes and 4 saunas all in Tokyo, they hope to expand to over 100 locations around the country eventually. The hotel stay would probably be pretty nice.
Regardless, the share requirements are almost comically high for these. Maybe if they were 1/10th of the requirement I could see people being interested in them, but this is probably more for rewarding the big shareholders and I don't see them going to attract many new ones.
