Requirements

200 shares - 500 yen worth.

500 shares - 1,500 yen worth and the Costco membership.

1,000 shares - 3,000 yen worth and the Costco membership.

Comment

QUO cards are always nice, and the Costco membership will be valuable if you like shopping there or are interested but the membership fee has turned you off. I only wish that the 1,000 share level gave you the executive membership!
