You get a lot of perks for a relatively small investment (at current prices). If you have any interest in using Zaim then this will definitely be worthwhile, and it probably wouldn't be too hard to use the Ninja Park tickets if you can get there without much trouble. The wedding and real estate discounts are probably fantastic if you were planning on using their services anyway, but otherwise they probably won't be of much value to most people.
