The company offers school for business, an online video training service that covers training and self-directed learning support to learning management; school for personal, a community-based video learning service for working adults that offers free live streaming classes; and School Swing, a data-driven learning management system that realizes digital transformation for higher education institutions and adult education providers. 

They operate the online learning service "Schoo" for working professionals. In addition to providing online classes for individuals to learn business knowledge through live streaming and video, they also offer "Schoo for Business," which can be used by companies for employee training and skill development. There are over 9000 videos on business skills, programming, and other useful things.

If you have any interest in their online courses then I suppose this is a good way to try it out. No idea how good they are, but it's nice to know that if you really become a fan there's a way to get a perpetual membership as long as you have enough shares.
