Nojima seems to put their shops in larger shopping centers and malls, and at least from what I can see they've been expanding greatly in Tokyo.

300 shares gets you 15 discount coupons (max 1000yen each) and one voucher which you can exchange for 5,000 points at the store (only the March rights date).
1,000 shares gets you 50 discount coupons (max 1000yen each) and 10,000 points.
3,000 shares gets you 100 discount coupons (max 1000yen each) and 30,000 points.
10,000 shares gets you 100 discount coupons (max 1000yen each) and 50,000 points.
5 years or longer of holding:
300 shares gets you 15 discount coupons (max 1000yen each), one voucher which you can exchange for 5,000 points at the store, and a catalog gift worth 5,000 yen. (only the March rights date for the points and catalog gift).
1,000 shares gets you 50 discount coupons (max 1000yen each), 10,000 points, and a catalog gift worth 5,000 yen.
3,000 shares gets you 100 discount coupons (max 1000yen each), 30,000 points, and a catalog gift worth 10,000 yen.
10,000 shares gets you 100 discount coupons (max 1000yen each), 50,000 points, and a catalog gift worth 20,000 yen.
In order to make the most out of the coupons you have to spend 10,000 yen for each one (more if you use a credit card), so these are not as flexible as some other electronic store perks. If you do make big purchases then there's definitely value in these! Free points are also always nice, and getting a catalog gift is always welcome.
