Toho Co., Ltd., through its subsidiaries, engages in the food wholesale, cash and carry, and supermarket businesses primarily in Japan. It is involved in the development, procurement, and purchase of commercial food; and manufacture of coffee. The company also engages in the wholesale of commercial foods, Chinese food ingredients, Japanese ingredients, fresh fruit, meat, and fruits and vegetables to the restaurant industry; dairy products, confectionery and baking materials; and sells broilers and other livestock products. In addition, it is involved in the interior design and construction of restaurants; software development and maintenance; and general construction contracting, real estate management, and outsourcing of clean, on-demand, and general affairs works, as well as insurance agency activities. Further, the company engages in the import, manufacture, sale, and maintenance of commercial cooking equipment, coffee machines, confectionery equipment, etc., as well as quality control services.

Mostly focused in Hyogo prefecture, although they have stores in other prefectures including Kanto.

Requirements

For the coffee and product selections, the set you get will be based on the number of shares held, displayed as letter sets.

Less than 1 year of holding:

300 shares -5,000 yen worth of coupons, the 'A' coffee set, or 1,000 yen donation

Greater than 1 year of holding:

100 shares -2,500 yen worth of coupons, the 'A' coffee set, or 500 yen donation

300 shares -5,000 yen worth of coupons, the 'B' coffee set, or 500 yen donation

600 shares -20,000 yen worth of coupons, the 'C' coffee set, the 'A' product set, or 2,000 yen donation

Comment

If you want the coupons then there's a big jump at the 600 share level. If you have access to one of their supermarkets then it shouldn't be too hard using these coupons if you do normal shopping there. I'm not familiar with their stores although there are A-price stores in Tokyo, they're kind of similar to gyomu super in that they're like restaurant supply stores. The coffee and product sets are probably nice to receive although I'm not sure if the value scales as well as the coupons.
