1-3 years of holding:
100 shares - 1,000 yen worth
500 shares - 2,000 yen worth
1,000 shares - 3,000 yen worth
3,000 shares - 4,000 yen worth
3 years of holding or longer:
100 shares - 2,000 yen worth
500 shares - 3,000 yen worth
1,000 shares - 4,000 yen worth
3,000 shares - 5,000 yen worth
QUO cards are always nice, but I personally find them to be boring perks. Still, they're essentially tax free dividends which you can use at a lot of stores. The scaling is pretty bad, though!
