It manufactures, purchases, rents, retails, and wholesales medical beds, special needs equipment, beds, bedding, furniture, etc.; designs and develops mattresses; and manufactures wooden bed frames and other types of furniture. The company also manufactures, sells, and imports and exports medical and nursing care beds, home health equipment, special needs equipment, etc.; and maintains, inspects, and repairs nursing care and special needs equipment, as well as engages in the storage of products and control of inventory. 

The company is not from France! Their medical business seems to be where a lot of growth has been coming from.

Comment

The towels you get for the first year are actually of surprisingly high quality, but most people will be more excited for the product choice. They send you a catalog of things you can choose, mostly pillows and sheets but also some other things like basic furniture. Some products you can only choose if you're in the 5 year club, and if you're at that level you can also choose the cheaper product if you wanted to. I've found their pillows to be pretty hit or miss for my comfort, but if you keep holding onto this stock you'll probably have more pillows than you know what to do with. Also, I'm not sure if their price claims are accurate, one of the things in the 5 year course is a radon health pillow which retails on their site for 30,000 yen!
