QUO Card which can be used at a variety of stores. At higher share levels you also get a selection of products. There are long-holding bonuses. The QUO Card requires at least 6 months of holding to get the perk, this restriction does not seem to be in place for the products.
Less than 3 years of holding:
300 shares - 5,000 yen QUO card.
3,000 shares - 20,000 yen worth of company products.
More than 3 years of holding:
300 shares - 1,000 yen QUO card.
3,000 shares - 100,000 yen worth of company products.
The QUO Card will always be a useful thing to receive twice a year. The company products would probably be nice although the share requirements are incredibly high for those. The stock price has gone up a lot in the past few years so the required shares are probably balanced for that.
