FIT EASY Inc. plans, develops, operates, and franchises amusement fitness clubs in Japan. Its amusement facilities include saunas, golf, self-esthetics, oxygen room, lounge, aero, ride, race, baseball, bouldering, tanning, tennis, and futsal services. 

Fit Easy operates a series of 24 hour gyms, some of them having some fancy extras such as golf simulators and spas. They're mostly in the Chubu region but have been expanding throughout the country.

QUO Card.  You will also get a discount off of their monthly gym fees and some visitor passes which will let you use the gym for a day without having to pay.

Requirements

100 shares - 1,000 yen QUO Card, 500 yen off the monthly gym fee, 2 visitor passes.

200 shares - 5,000 yen QUO Card, 1,000 yen off the monthly gym fee, 4 visitor passes.

500 shares - 10,000 yen QUO Card, 3,000 yen off the monthly gym fee, 8 visitor passes.

Comment

These perks scale very well at the 200 share level. QUO Cards are essentially a tax-free dividend that can be used at many different stores. The gym discounts will probably be useful if you are a member or want to be, the price depends on the location but most of them are going to be over 7,000 yen a month so even the 500 share level won't be enough to be able to go for free, which is unfortunate!
