Comment

The individual tickets would let you take a trip to Chichibu and explore the region at a discount. If you live in the area and use their trains on a regular basis, the commuter pass might actually make sense to aim for. It's not exactly a low investment amount, but it's significantly lower than what other train companies require for their unlimited passes.
