It also offers transferee support, and personal support and general affairs agency services; and rental management and sales brokerage services. In addition, the company is involved in the general facility management business, including condominium management, real estate, and renovation services; and incubation business, such as monitoring security, insurance agency service, and call center services.

Most of the revenue is from corporate housing contracts.

Requirements

200 shares - 2,000 yen QUO card.

500 shares - 2,000 yen QUO card or 5,000 yen worth of products. You can also choose to have them make a 2,000 yen donation instead of getting a perk.

Comment

QUO cards are essentially tax free dividends which you can use at a lot of stores. Them not increasing the value of the card at the 500 share levels is unfortunate, but the value does scale well if you choose the products.
