Requirements

 100 shares - 2,500 yen worth of the gift certificates.

200 shares - 2,500 yen worth of gift certificates or products, or 2kg rice.

1,000 shares - 3,500 yen worth of gift certificates or products, or 3kg rice.

2,000 shares - 5,000 yen worth of gift certificates or products, or 5kg rice.

10,000 shares - 10,000 yen worth of gift certificates or products, or 10kg rice.

Comment

Getting a selection of products is nice and easy, or you can just choose them yourself with a gift certificate. I'd say the rice is a poor value but with the rice prices these days it probably is what you can normally expect to pay for high quality rice. Terrible scaling, though!
