Comment

If you want to try out some new lotion or serum then this perk might be useful. I don't know enough about their beauty products to say how effective they are vs. the competition, but the gift certificates would let you choose what you want in addition. The serum apparently retails for around 7,000 yen, so at current share prices the yield is obscenely high, especially if you were to hold the stock for over a year.
