Corporate Site 

Nippon Parking Development provides consulting services for parking lots in Japan and internationally. The company is involved in the car sharing, parking lot purchase, and parking management operation activities; renting of parking and cars; ski resort information and operation consulting activities; management of health-related facilities; and management and consultation services for theme parks and amusement parks. 

As the name would suggest their main business is parking lots, but they also run several resorts which you can enjoy with the perks.

Various discounts on parking, amusement, ski resorts, and hotels. Due to the large number of perks I will give the details in the next section.

Requirements

Originally you would get all of the perks at the 1,000 share level, but as additional share levels have been added it would be too confusing to just list everything and then give the requirements at the end, so I will list requirements in different sections.

Parking discounts (January and July rights dates):

Comment

If you like to go skiing in Nagano then the lift tickets are probably going to be of great benefit. I've only used the free night at the Pure Cottages and really enjoyed it. They essentially give you a small house to stay in, and it has direct access to the Nasu Highland theme park. The food is pretty good there as well, worth paying for dinner and the breakfast is excellent. It gives a great opportunity to enjoy a night in the Nasu mountains with friends or family. There are only a limited number rooms available for stockholders though, so you'll have to be prepared to make your reservation right when the window opens or it'll be full for the entire year!
